(no glow in indie..but can have <a title=\"http:\/\/unitycoder.com\/blog\/2012\/10\/16\/fake-glow-effect-shader\/\" href=\"http:\/\/unitycoder.com\/blog\/2012\/10\/16\/fake-glow-effect-shader\/\" target=\"_blank\">something similar<\/a>, doesnt work with planes yet..)<\/li>\n<li>Take screenshot of the mesh, blur that image, use it as a texture on a plane..?<\/li>\n<li>Create special border geometry to the mesh &amp; use vertex alpha?<\/li>\n<li>Duplicate the mesh few times, scale the copies bit bigger each, use particle or transparent shader?<\/li>\n<li>Texture map the mesh with blurred texture (that fades to transparent), might need to add &#8220;padding&#8221; on borders first to match the original size?<\/li>\n<li>Trail renderer?\u00a0 <a title=\"http:\/\/wiki.unity3d.com\/index.php?title=Trail_Arc_Renderer\" href=\"http:\/\/wiki.unity3d.com\/index.php?title=Trail_Arc_Renderer\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/wiki.unity3d.com\/index.php?title=Trail_Arc_Renderer<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Use fake motion blur or modify from it? <a title=\"http:\/\/forum.unity3d.com\/threads\/96487-Motion-Blur-on-the-non-pro-v-of-unity\" href=\"http:\/\/forum.unity3d.com\/threads\/96487-Motion-Blur-on-the-non-pro-v-of-unity\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/forum.unity3d.com\/threads\/96487-Motion-Blur-on-the-non-pro-v-of-unity<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Draw GL.lines on mesh borders? (set some fading colors..kind of an extrude..?)<\/li>\n<li>Try this from asset store?
