[$250 Bounty] Build this scene in Unity

AAEAAQAAAAAAAAdDAAAAJDVmNmQwZWY0LWNmNDgtNGVkZS04Yjk4LTEyYzdhNzIyZmQwMw

Lets try something new, I’ll offer 250usd bounty to whoever makes the best 3D scene based on this image above, using Unity.
*Scene should be 3D, you can use mesh instead of terrain, no FPS limit (so it can be heavy scene with lots of objects & effects)

Forum topic: http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/can-unity-make-a-3d-forest-like-this.401126/

Rules:

** DEADLINE IS NOW SET: December 11th 2016

– Scene should be real 3D scene (not using the original photo in the scene or 2D trees cut from images :p )
– There is no deadline, but winner will be selected when suitable scene is founded (but certain time period would be given for others to try beat the currently best scene, a week or 2)
– Payment with Paypal only (you must have paypal account or other means to receive paypal paid gifts)
– If no winning scenes are submitted, best available scene can be rewarded with lower bounty (for example $50 or $100)
– I’ll post comments about the scenes, so you will know if your submission qualifies or not yet
– Rules can change if there is need to add some more information / limitations

How to submit your scene:

– First: Just post image link to the comments section (you can post video links also)
– If image is good enough, I’ll ask for video clip and images from unity editor showing the scene
– Or if you want to submit it privately for inspection, email screenshot or link to me (or pm in forums)

Why:

– I want to see if Unity can be used to make high quality forest scene 🙂 because i’m trying to make one myself, but its still far off..

FAQ:

– (Q) Can I improve my scene after submitting first image? (A) Yes you can and you should improve it based on comments too. Feel free to post WIP images also.
– (Q) Can I submit multiple (different scenes/styles)? (A) Yes
– (more to be added – if there are any questions)

Tips:

– Using Substance materials would probably work well
– Using Speedtree trees most likely gives best results (although unity speedtree shader might need modifications)
