Simple Sniper Scope View
An article by 
Easy fullscreen sniper view, with just few lines of code..1 line actually! (test image is using some random sniper texture..)
Can be easily animated with effects (using shader)..
Added Zoom while in sniper mode (by adjusting the FOV)
