- Substance Terrain Tool (This script will allow you to apply your substances on Unity built-in terrains)
NON-FREE SUBSTANCES & TOOLS
- Substance Designer (trial available)

- 3ds Max 2012/1013 comes with Substances (also subscription center has some extras)
- Lots of ready substances (unity asset store)
- 3ds Max 2014 comes with 83 substances
