Forest & Lake scene test
Testing out some small forest scene..
Current info:
– Speedtree Desktop package : https://store.speedtree.com/product/desktop-tree-package-unity/
– Ceto Ocean plugin : https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#!/content/47203 *This is now deprecated.. look for NordLake water or others..
– Cinematic Image effects : https://bitbucket.org/Unity-Technologies/cinematic-image-effects
– Temporal antialiasing : https://github.com/playdeadgames/temporal
Whats next
– Need to find suitable ground foliage (billboard textures or few meshes for small trees, bushes)
– Needs more rocks (current ones are too high poly : http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/rock-max-free/877036 )
– Terrain editing, terrain textures..
– Fix reflection seam (visible in the larger image *Fixed: by placing some objects behind the island)
– Water reflection should also reflect fog (for distant islands)
– And much more..

didn’t work so well together with existing image effects..
I have got so far , as to model individual Spruce needles for extreme close-up for my Macro scene . Will try to recreate test Challange you posted 🙂 .
